Sit back and relax as we take you on a private tour up to the Mount Kinabalu National Park – a world-renowned UNESCO World Heritage Site, which is also home to the iconic Mount Kinabalu (4, 096m above sea level) – the highest mountain in Malaysia and one of the most prominent peaks in Southeast Asia.
At the Mount Kinabalu National Park, you will get a chance to explore the botanical garden and learn more about the flora and fauna at the Conservation Centre. Located amidst the verdant hills of the Kundasang highland, Kinabalu Park offers cool, fresh air and scenic views.
After Kinabalu Park, your journey will continue to the Poring Hot Spring, which is located circa 40 kilometers’ drive away from the Mount Kinabalu National Park. The Poring Hot Spring is famous for its natural sulphuric hot spring that is said to possess healing properties for aching, tired muscles.
Another key highlight at Poring Hot Spring is the Canopy Walkway, which is over 175-meter-long and suspended over 40-meter-high above the ground – making it the highest canopy walkway in Sabah. While you are here, you can also opt to visit the butterfly farm or trek to the Kipungit Waterfall.
